TERMS & CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION AGREEMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By registering for any program, camp, private lesson, training session, clinic, event, or service offered by Nexlevel Hockey Canada, the participant and/or parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, policies, and waiver requirements outlined below.
Registration confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and creates an agreement between the participant, parent/guardian, and Nexlevel Hockey Canada.
PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Nexlevel Hockey Canada provides hockey development opportunities including, but not limited to:

Hockey skill development
-
Power skating
-
Shooting and puck skills training
-
Private lessons
-
Small group training
-
Summer camps
-
Development clinics
-
Dryland training
-
Team training
-
Player development programs
Nexlevel Hockey Canada reserves the right to adjust schedules, coaching assignments, locations, session times, or program structure due to facility availability, unforeseen circumstances, or operational requirements.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Registration Confirmation
Registration is only considered complete once all required information has been submitted and payment has been received.
Due to limited availability, spots are reserved on a first-paid basis.
Payment Requirement
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless an alternative payment arrangement has been approved by NexLevel Hockey Canada.
Any outstanding balances must be paid before participation.
Payment Methods
NexLevel Hockey Canada accepts approved payment methods provided during registration, including electronic transfer, online payment, or other accepted payment options.
Participant Information
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all registration information is accurate, including:

Player information
-
Emergency contacts
-
Medical considerations
-
Player level/experience
-
Any information required for safe participation
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
NexLevel Hockey Canada carefully plans each program based on ice allocation, coaching availability, facility costs, and participant registration. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies.
Cancellations More Than 30 Days Before Program Start
Participants who cancel more than 30 days before the program start date may be eligible for a refund, less applicable administrative or processing fees.
Cancellations Within 30 Days
Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
Where appropriate, NexLevel Hockey Canada may provide a credit toward future training opportunities.
Cancellations Within 7 Days / After Program Begins
Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date, missed sessions, or withdrawals after the program begins are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Missed Sessions
Refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will not be provided for:

Missed practices or training sessions
-
Illness or injury
-
Schedule conflicts
-
Travel
-
Personal circumstances
-
Voluntary withdrawal
Participants are responsible for attending their registered sessions.
PRIVATE LESSON POLICY
Private lessons are reserved specifically for the participant and require dedicated ice time and coaching availability.
Private lessons cancelled with insufficient notice may be charged in full.
Unused private lesson credits must be completed within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise approved by NexLevel Hockey Canada.
PROGRAM CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
NexLevel Hockey Canada reserves the right to modify or cancel programs due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Facility changes
-
Ice availability
-
Weather conditions
-
Safety concerns
-
Operational requirements
Participants will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
NOTICE: PARTICIPATION IN HOCKEY ACTIVITIES INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS. BY REGISTERING WITH NEXLEVEL HOCKEY CANADA, PARTICIPANTS AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE RISKS.
The participant understands that hockey training involves physical activity and risks including, but not limited to:

Falls on ice surfaces
-
Collisions with other participants
-
Contact with boards, nets, sticks, pucks, and equipment
-
Muscle strains and physical injuries
Sprains, fractures, and other injuries
Injuries caused by physical exertion or fatigue
The participant voluntarily accepts these risks and agrees to participate responsibly.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate in NexLevel Hockey Canada programs, the participant and/or parent/legal guardian agrees to release and hold harmless NexLevel Hockey Canada, its owners, coaches, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in any program or activity.
This release applies to risks associated with hockey activities, training sessions, facilities, equipment, and participation.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Participants and parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or concerns that may affect safe participation.
Players are expected to:

Follow all coach instructions
-
Respect coaches, staff, teammates, and facilities
-
Use proper equipment
-
Participate safely and appropriately
Nexlevel Hockey Canada reserves the right to remove a participant from a session if safety concerns arise.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
Participants must arrive with proper equipment required for their registered activity.
For hockey activities, required equipment includes:

CSA-approved helmet and cage/visor
-
Skates
-
Hockey gloves
-
Protective equipment
-
Stick and required hockey gear
Participants without appropriate equipment may be unable to participate without refund.
MEDIA RELEASE
By registering, participants and/or parents/guardians grant NexLevel Hockey Canada permission to photograph, record, and use images or videos taken during programs for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes.
Parents/guardians who do not wish to provide media consent must notify NexLevel Hockey Canada prior to participation.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing registration, the participant and/or parent/legal guardian confirms that they:

This agreement remains valid for all registered NexLevel Hockey Canada programs and activities.
