About the event
Sign up for 3 group development sessions, and 3 dryland sessions
The sessions are on Monday August 14th, August 16th and August 18th.
Dryland will start at 12:45pm (45 minutes)
Ice session will start at 2pm (1 hour)
This on-ice session will be run by head coach Mike Nolan. It will focus on power skating (forwards/backwards), and various skills (stickhandling, shooting, passing).
Day 1 - Forward/backward skating
Day 2 - Stickhandling/puck protection
Day 3 - Forward/defense work
