Dryland Hockey Program – Rain or Shine!
This dryland program is designed to improve players’ strength, agility, coordination, balance, and overall athleticism to complement on-ice performance. Exercises will focus on bodyweight control, core stability, speed, and mobility to enhance hockey-specific movements.
Requirements:
Proper athletic clothing and footwear are required
Bring a water bottle for hydration
