About the event
This U11 – U13 PEP Elite Camp integrates the Power Edge Pro (PEP) dynamic training system to push players through high-tempo, reactive drills that sharpen agility, puck control, and on-ice awareness. Each session mirrors real game-pressure situations, training players to think, move, and execute at speed.
Skill Level:
Designed for rep-level players and those looking to move up to a higher level of hockey. Players should have strong skating and puck skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced training environment.
