The sessions are run on Monday's starting June 7th until August 2nd at 4:15PM-5:15PM.

This on-ice session will be run by head coach Mike Nolan. It will focus on power skating (forwards/backwards), and various skills (stickhandling, shooting, passing). 

This group is for birth years 2014-2017. If it is a player who is a 2017, the player needs to be able to skate by themselves. This is not a learn to skate, this is for players who can get up and down the ice! It does not matter the speed at which they they are going on the ice, however they do need to be able to skate on their own.
