About the event
Sign up for 5 group development sessions, and 5 dryland sessions
The sessions are run on Monday's starting August 14th until Friday, August 18th.
Dryland will start at 11:30am (45 minutes)
Ice session will start at 12:45pm (1 hour)
This on-ice session will be run by head coach Mike Nolan. It will focus on (forwards/backwards), and various (stickhandling, shooting, passing). power skatingskills
