Sign up for 5 group development sessions, and 5 dryland sessions
The sessions are run on Monday's starting August 14th until Friday, August 18th.
Dryland will start at 11:30am (45 minutes)
Ice session will start at 12:45pm (1 hour)
This on-ice session will be run by head coach Mike Nolan. It will focus on power skating (forwards/backwards), and various skills (stickhandling, shooting, passing).
Day 1 - Forward/backward skating
Day 2 - Advanced edge work
Day 3 - Stickhandling/puck protection
Day 4 - Forward/defense work
Day 5 - Game like situations/conditioning skate
