This program integrates Power Edge Pro (PEP)’s dynamic training system to develop reactive agility, puck control, and game intelligence. Players will work through high-tempo drills designed to improve decision-making, edge control, and puck-handling in tight spaces — replicating real game pressure situations.
Skill Level:
Suited for competitive and advanced players looking to enhance skating efficiency, puck skills, and on-ice awareness through structured reactive training.
Requirements:
The player must be able to skate unassisted
