The sessions are run on Wednesday's starting Septmber 13th until October 25th at 4:15PM-5:15PM.
This on-ice session will be run by head coach Mike Nolan. It will focus on power skating (forwards/backwards), and various skills (stickhandling, shooting, passing).
This group is playing 15 years old or under. This is an advanced group and will be working on advanced power skating and skills. If you're daughter/son is in this age group, however you feel like they need more fundementals, feel free to sign up for the U11 group that will be running on Tuesday's.
